Ambleside Wall
Ambleside Climbing Wall is situated in the heart of the Lake District and offers climbing opportunities to both beginners and advanced climbers. If you’re a beginner, you can book a climbing taster session or a private climbing lesson. Those with more advanced skills can book an unsupervised bouldering or main climbing wall session.
If you’re ready to get outside and take on the Lakeland mountains, the Ambleside Climbing Wall team offer outdoor climbing levels one and two along with private rock climbing lessons, guided multi-pitch rock climbing and instructed multi pitch rock climbing.
After an adrenaline pumping climbing session, why not pull up a chair at Café Altitude? Situated above the outdoor shop and climbing wall, you can watch the climbers on the wall through the glass viewing panels. Local goodies served up here include Cumberland sausage and bacon butties.
Ambleside Climbing Wall also offer gear hire, providing everything you need for Lake District adventures.
